Founder William Volk has been involved in several technology startups and strategic turnarounds over the last 20 years.
He was the Co-Founder, CTO, and Technical Architect of the Save.com coupon/promotion system.
As a founding employee with Lightspan (LSPN), Mr. Volk moved the company from the failed Interactive Television platforms of the mid 1990's to
a successful business based on video game consoles and the Internet. As the only previous senior manager retained during the management takeover of
Activision in the early '90's, Mr. Volk created a product strategy and technology that led to a successful reorganization. In the 1980's he
co-founded the innovative graphics software company, Aegis Development.
